Dwarka

Rukhmani Temple

Located on the western bank of Sabarmati, this ashram used to be the residence of Mahatma Gandhi. This is the spot from which the famous Dandi March was started in the year 1930. Now after so many years the ashram is a museum also called Gandhi Samarak Sangrahalaya. An architect Charles Correa designed this museum and today there are many activities take place in there. There are many things kept in display like the letters of Gandhiji, some quotes and there are various big oil paintings and a small statue of Gandhiji in the garden.

The Traditional Donation Of Rice To Brahmins Has Special Importance Here, As It Is Believed To Be The Place Where Krishna's Friend Sudama Presented Him With Rice. The Temple Complex Includes Several Small Temples Dedicated To Shiva, Vishnu, Hanuman And Devi. There Is A Deserted Beach On The Northern Coast.

Nageshwar Jyotirling

Nageshvara jyotirlinga mandir is a temple committed to shiva, and one of the twelve jyotirlingas and one of the most visited place in dwarka somnath visit.
